What the check means
The verified badge on a Mindhyv seller means three specific things have been reviewed:
- Identity — the person or business behind the profile is who they say they are, confirmed with government ID or business registration.
- Track record — the work shown is theirs, with at least one verifiable client engagement behind it.
- Payouts — the seller’s payment details have been confirmed, so money you send reaches the business you hired.
What it doesn’t mean
Verification is not an endorsement of taste, a guarantee of fit, or an insurance policy. A verified seller is a real professional with a real history — whether they’re the right professional for your project is a judgment we give you tools for (hiring guides, portfolios, reviews) but never make for you.
We’d rather state that plainly than let a badge carry weight it can’t hold.
How sellers get verified
Any seller can apply from their storefront dashboard. Review is done by people, not solely by automation, and typically completes within a few business days. Verification is re-checked periodically and removed if the underlying facts change.
